A former farm of 18th century which was carved in the rock of the hill of Saint Jeaume to the east of Châteauneuf, the Bouscarella gradually converted into a fine garden while preserving the vestiges of the past. In terms of architecture, the garden is based on restanques carved into the hillside and the number fifteen, which form a well-defined in the French style.
Subdivision by a well-studied plant, the visitor is found in surprise. First the forest and the boards of crops, orchards, small farms, air threshing grain. Then the barn in 1900 and the reserve of wood, bowls and the old barn still restanques to shrub roses and abutillons, then the olive grove.
A climbing down to the "Southeast Asia" (pond with aquatic plants) back by a mixed border a pergola with multiple windows give the possibility to discover the canopy Sumac Rhus of pomegranate and sliding by Feojada inadvertence on the sea shining in the distance
